We have released a fix for the issue, so PDFs can now be generated again. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Investigating

We are experiencing disruption to PDF service. PDFs are not generating on any tenants. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
